10. If the product(s) you wish to return are defective, our company will cover the shipping cost. In this case, you must use the agreed upon carriers. When you submit your return or exchange request via email, you will receive a shipping code related to our shipping agreement, and you should use this code to send the product to the carrier. In other cases, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

I use my MacBook with a silicone cover on the outside, can I use the Ketche MacBook Sleeve with the cover on the outside of my Macbook?

Since the Ketche MacBook Sleeve is produced with millimeter precision exactly to the dimensions of the MacBook, it cannot be used with the silicone cover on the outside of your Mac.

I use a different brand laptop with the same dimensions as the MacBook, can I use the Ketche MacBook Sleeve with my own computer?

Even if the inch measurements, height, width and depth measurements are the same, the design of the computers and the materials used cause the sleeve to be incompatible. For this reason, Ketche Sleeves will only be compatible with the specified model.

The code starting with A on the back of my MacBook is not on your site. How can I understand if the sleeve is compatible with my device?

The same model devices have more than one A code. These codes vary according to the technical and performance features rather than the physical features of the same model MacBooks. Even if the A code is different, you can buy it if the production year and model of your device match the model name on our site. Are your cases compatible with my 2021 model MacBook Pro/Air M1 chip computer?

Will my MacBook get scratched when placing or removing it from the Ketche Sleeve?

The Ketche Sleeve is made entirely of soft materials so that it does not damage your computer. Since there are no hard materials such as zippers, metal, etc., your MacBook will not be damaged.

Can the zipperless cover of the Ketche Sleeve be opened and my MacBook fall out?

Since the Ketche Sleeve is designed with millimeter precision, the Ketche Sleeve will completely wrap your MacBook without leaving any gaps inside and will not move left or right inside your MacBook. Since the felt material used in the Ketche Sleeve has a high coefficient of friction, it will not be possible to open it automatically when the cover is closed properly and tightly, not held upside down and shaken, or when there are no abnormal conditions. Is the Ketche Sleeve waterproof?

The 3-millimeter felt and stain-repellent canvas fabric will provide double-layer protection, but since both of these materials are water permeable, it will not be waterproof.
